Our website is hosted on the FastComet.com platform. FastComet.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through FastComet.com’s data storage, databases and the general FastComet.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

Safeguards have been put in place to protect the data provided to subratabar.com. We endeavour to ensure that third-party organisations associated with us agree to protect the personal information that they access in order to serve us and our customers. To protect your personal information we seek to ensure that this information is secure. This may include storing information in lockable cabinets or rooms and electronic storage systems (which may include password protections, data encryption, firewalls and related protocols). 

subratabar.com uses Google’s secure Workspace services for storing documents and Emails.

​​As a proprietor subratabar.com is required to keep records of important communications, financial transactions and documents for auditing and compliance purposes. This data is retained for up to 10 years after which it is permanently deleted. Any non-essential emails and documents no longer required for auditing and compliance purposes and not associated with continuing to provide you with products and services that you purchased will be deleted from the subratabar.com Google Workspace account on an annual basis every January 9th. Google will delete the relevant data from all of its systems within a maximum period of 180 days unless retention obligations apply.
